[Mexican Food] Aimamitta in Jeonju's Gaekridan-gil

Quesadillas
★ Taste
I'd never had Mexican food before, so this was a food I decided to take on as a challenge. Inside the tortilla — kind of like a McDonald's Chicken Snack Wrap — meat and cheese are packed in deliciously. Dip it in the sauce on the side and both the flavor and the joy double. Should I call it a Mexican-style mandu (dumpling)? Just as soy sauce pairs perfectly with mandu, this sauce pairs perfectly with quesadillas. The pickle-like side dish served alongside gives off dongchimi (Korean watery radish kimchi) vibes. I think it's tomatoes and other vegetables pickled in a similar way.
For a dish I was trying for the first time, it was excellent, so I'm setting this as the standard and giving it a 1.0 Aimamitta Quesadilla rating.

★ Atmosphere
One plate comes with 4 pieces. At first glance it looked like a very small portion, but surprisingly it was quite filling. Seems right for one person.
The vegetables on top make it look even more appetizing.

Nachos
★ Taste
- Nachos form the base, topped with what looks like sautéed meat and other ingredients. There is one big issue, though — it comes with jalapeños and that same pickled tomato-ish stuff mentioned above. With the quesadillas, I could choose to add those myself whenever I wanted, but here they're a default ingredient, so you have no choice but to eat them together.
So the dongchimi flavor is baked in by default. If quesadillas are democracy, nachos are socialism. Then again, just as kimchi belongs in kimchi fried rice, maybe pickles belong in nachos too — I think this is a point where opinions will differ.
- The flavor itself wasn't bad, but because of the forced influence of the pickled tomato, I have no choice but to give it a 0.5 Aimamitta Nachos rating.
This could be a great choice for people who like that tangy flavor.

★ Atmosphere
- It looks so generous that just looking at it before eating makes you a little worried about gaining weight.
